Our team of doctors, embryologists and nurses are experienced and specially trained in assisted reproductive technology and fertility counseling.

The centre is headed by Dr Cheng Li Chang, the Medical Director of Thomson Fertility Centre. He has held this position since October 1996. Dr Cheng is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecologists, London and the Singapore Academy of Medicine. He is also a member of the Obstetrical & Gynaecological Society of Singapore, Singapore Medical Association, Advisory Committee on Human Reproduction & Embryology and the Ministry of Health, Singapore.

Dr Chia Choy May, the Chief Embryologist, is a member of the Advisory Committee on Human Reproduction & Embryology, and is one of the pioneers in sperm banking and in-vitro fertilization in Singapore. She has been with the centre since its inception and is trained in embryology, cryopreservation of human embryos and in-vitro fertilization techniques. Dr Chia leads a team of embryologists and nurses who are committed to support patients through their fertility journey and treatment with empathy and professionalism.
